About

Yoomoota Gallery is a Bangkok-based contemporary art space representing award-winning artist Taras Yoom — the visionary mind behind the Yoomoota universe and the creator of a distinctive artistic language known as biomorphic surrealism. With a background in medicine, Yoom transforms scientific inquiry into a poetic exploration of the human condition through sculpture, painting, installation, and mixed media. Inspired by the multidimensional and deeply investigative approach of Leonardo da Vinci, each work reflects the spirit of its time while celebrating the ongoing evolution of humanity.

The gallery has presented its projects across London, Paris, Zurich, New York, Seoul, and Bangkok, participating in leading international fairs such as PAD, Art Busan, Zurich Art Weekend, and the upcoming Art Miami. Yoom’s works are held in the permanent collections of the Red Dot Museum (Xiamen) and The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design, and have been featured in prominent international publications including Financial Times, Hypebeast, Harper’s Bazaar, GQ, Robb Report, and The Art Newspaper.
