Born in Mexico City, 1960. Viskin lived his youth in Israel (Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Kibbutz Galed), and later lived three years in Florence, Italy, where he began his pictorial career. In 1985 he returned to Mexico City and joined for two years the engraving and lithography workshops of the Academy of San Carlos. He has exhibited individually since 1984 in Mexico (Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Zacatecas), as well as abroad (Los Angeles, United States, Zurich, Switzerland, Buenos Aires, Argentina, Florence, Italy and Jerusalem).
